Our shipping is completely based on weight, and all of our goods, except under special circumstances will always be shipped by Australia Post.

Add products to the shopping cart to calculate postage charges before you buy
First add the items to your cart, then locate the shopping cart on the top right side column of the online store. In this box you will see a link to "calculate shipping". From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. Each of these shipping options will have a recommended time frame for delivery displayed. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.

Automatic email receipt upon compltion
Once you complete your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

Most orders ship same day
Orders in stock will usually ship the same day (Mon-Fri), other orders usually ship within 2 business days via the post method you selected during checkout. If, for some reason, we are unable to dispatch your order on time, we will contact you to advise.

Email sent when order is shipped
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email. This email is only sent when your order has actually been handed to the relevant delivery contractor. Delivery days quoted at checkout apply from this time. Tracking information is included, if applicable.

Sales receipt included (tax invoice)
When you receive your package, a sales receipt is included.
